A space for grounded, embodied healing

How I Work

My approach to bodywork is grounded in presence, attunement, and collaboration.

I work from the understanding that the body holds patterns shaped by experience, stress, and adaptation over time.

Rather than working only at the level of symptoms, I aim to support the underlying systems that contribute to tension, discomfort, and imbalance.

Sessions are guided by a combination of clinical knowledge, careful observation, and ongoing feedback—allowing treatment to be responsive to what is most relevant in the moment. This may include a blend of therapeutic techniques, slower exploratory work, and attention to how the body is responding throughout.

The intention is to create a space that feels grounded, respectful, and collaborative, where change can happen at a pace that supports integration rather than force.

This approach includes attention to both physical patterns and how experiences are processed, supporting a more integrated awareness over time.

Working Together

Alongside this approach, what often matters most is the quality of the space itself.

I bring a steady, regulated presence and a way of listening that is attentive not just to what is said, but to how your system is responding moment to moment.

There is no pressure to achieve a specific outcome—only space to slow down, notice, and allow your body to respond in its own time.

Callisto

Callisto is named after one of Jupiter’s moons, and also draws from Greek mythology—where Callisto is associated with the constellations Ursa Major and Ursa Minor. The bear imagery in my logo reflects this connection.

I’m drawn to what the name evokes: a sense of groundedness, adaptability, and quiet strength. In many tellings, Callisto’s story carries themes of resilience, transformation, and a steady, enduring presence.

These qualities inform how I approach this work—through a steady, grounded presence and a respect for the body’s natural capacity to adapt over time.
